Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Dental Lab Driver to join our team.
As a Dental Lab Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting dental laboratory materials and equipment between dental offices and our dental lab facility.
Your primary goal will be to ensure timely delivery and pickup of dental prosthetics, appliances, and supplies, while maintaining a high level of customer service and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver dental laboratory materials, appliances, and supplies according to the assigned schedule and routes.
Verify accuracy of delivery and pickup orders by comparing information on invoices, orders, and packing slips with the items being transported.
Handle dental laboratory products with care to avoid damage or breakage during transit.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and operating the vehicle.
Communicate with dental office staff and lab personnel to coordinate delivery and pickup schedules and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during transportation.
Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including dates, times, locations, and any special instructions or requests.
Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and a helpful attitude when interacting with dental office staff and lab personnel.
Assist with loading and unloading dental laboratory materials and equipment as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines and quality control standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a delivery or courier role.
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify orders and documents.
Good physical stamina, as the job may involve lifting and carrying dental laboratory materials and equipment.
Professional and customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
Familiarity with dental laboratory materials and terminology is a plus.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required.
